Our mission is to highlight local and seasonal Nova Scotia ingredients, and the menu changes every few weeks to reflect what’s in season, with the wine and cocktail list just as nimble. One goal of the popup is to prepare the crew for our opening next year in the Cunard development on the Halifax waterfront, where we’ll have 40 seats looking into a kitchen preparing most everything with live fire and charcoal, plus traditional Bolognese style pastas. Prelude – A Dinner Series
Even though my current popup restaurant ‘Prelude’ is within walking distance of where I grew up, it’s been a circuitous trip to get here.
A divinity school might not seem like the obvious place to pop up, but the President’s Lodge at Atlantic School of Theology is working for us. We are open for dinner most Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with our full schedule on Open Table.
